What exactly is AiXUP?
AiXUP is an AI-powered lead intelligence platform that helps you automate the prospecting process for your business.
What is a credit?
A credit is used to conduct a search. Each search or enrichment is worth a specific amount of credits. If a search doesn't return at least an email for a contact, a credit is not used. The AI features inside the tool are free and do use any credits. Credits are also not used when exporting leads.
How much are credits?
Credits are $0.12 each.
What is a seat?
A seat provides a team member with their own individual login credentials to access and work within your AiXUP account. This helps separate and log an individual's actions in the software without disrupting the primary account.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
How many search types are available?
AiXUP comes with six search types to choose from. There is the People, Local, Company, Domain, Influencer, and Intent Search. Each search type is designed to help you target your ideal clients in a specific way.
Do you offer support?
Yes, we offer 24/7 AI support backed by a live human support team during our office hours M-F, 9 am - pm EST.
Do you offer onboarding?
Yes, we offer a private group onboarding three times per week.
What are AI Tools?
AI Tools grant access to the AI Assistant and the ability to create AI Agents within AiXUP.
What is an AI Agent?
Inside AiXUP you can build AI Agents to automate the prospecting process for your business. For example, you can set up a People Search to run every day, enrich and research those leads, and send them to your CRM.
What is the AI Assistant?
The zero credit cost AI Assistant helps you enrich a lead and gather additional information beyond basic contact details. You can also create custom prompts that enable you to use the AI Assistant to find specific information about a prospect that's more beneficial for your business.
What CRMs do you integrate with?
AiXUP natively integrates with the following: HighLevel, Keap, Groove Funnels, and Sales Connector. As well as Zapier. We also have a built-in webhook function that lets you connect with any platform, giving you the freedom to connect with thousands of apps.
Do you charge credits to export data?
No, AiXUP does not charge credits to export any data.
